About this tool

Organise PDF Pages shows every page of your document as a large thumbnail on a single board. Drag pages into a new order, pick a handful and delete them, turn the sideways ones, copy a page you need twice, or slip in a blank page for notes. Add more PDFs and their pages join the same board, each file marked with its own colour, so you can weave a contract, an appendix and a signed form into one document in the order a reader expects.

It is built for the jobs that usually take three different tools: tidying a scan where the pages came out of the feeder in the wrong order, pulling the junk pages out of a long export, or assembling a report from several sources. Every change can be undone and redone, so you can try things without fear.

Your files are opened and rebuilt inside your own browser and never sent anywhere. The first PDF keeps its bookmarks, links and fillable fields for the pages you keep, and deleted pages are really removed, so the file gets smaller rather than hiding them. It is free, with no account and no watermark.

How to use Organise PDF Pages

  1. Tap “Choose PDFs” or drop one or more files onto the box. Every page appears on the board; with several files, each gets a colour tag.
  2. Drag a page to its new place. On a phone, drag it by the small grip in its top-left corner so the page can still scroll.
  3. Tap pages to pick them, or use “Pick: All, Odd, Even”. Then use Left, Right, Duplicate, Blank page or Delete on the bar above the board.
  4. Made a mistake? Press ↶ to undo or ↷ to redo, as many steps back as you like.
  5. Name the file, press “Save PDF”, then “Download PDF”.
Example

A scanned 14-page lease came out with page 9 before page 8 and two blank backs. Drag page 9 after page 8, pick the two blanks, press Delete, and save: lease-organised.pdf has 12 pages in the right order.

Features

  • One board for every page, with a size slider from small overview tiles to large readable ones.
  • Drag and drop with mouse, pen or touch; dragging a picked page moves all the picked pages together.
  • Full keyboard control: arrows to move around, Space to pick, Alt + arrows to move pages, R to turn, D to duplicate, Delete to remove.
  • Pick pages one by one, as a run with Shift, by source file, or all, odd or even in one tap.
  • Turn, duplicate and delete in bulk; blank pages take the size of the page beside them.
  • Several PDFs at once, each with a colour tag and a card showing how many of its pages are in use.
  • Undo and redo for every change, up to 100 steps.
  • Bookmarks, internal links and form fields from the first PDF are kept; bookmarks to deleted pages are cleaned out.
  • Deleted pages and everything only they used are dropped, so the saved file is genuinely smaller.

Tips and good to know

  • Add the PDF whose bookmarks matter most first. Only the first file’s bookmarks and fillable fields come through; pages from the others keep their content and web links.
  • Duplicates share their pictures with the original, so copying a page adds almost nothing to the file size.
  • Odd and Even pick by the page’s current position on the board, which is handy for removing the blank backs of a double-sided scan.
  • A turn here is added to any turn the page already had, and the thumbnail always shows the final result.
  • Very long documents are fine: thumbnails only draw as they scroll into view.

Frequently asked questions

Are my PDFs uploaded anywhere?

No. Every file is read and rebuilt by your browser on your own device. Nothing is sent to AroraTools or anyone else.

Is it free, and are there limits?

It is free, with no sign-up and no watermark. There is no page or file limit set by us; the only limit is your device’s memory, so a phone may struggle with several hundred-page files at once.

Does it work on a phone or offline?

Yes on phones and tablets: tap pages to pick them and drag with the grip handle. The page needs a connection to load, but the work itself happens on your device.

Will my bookmarks and links still work?

For the first PDF on the board, yes: bookmarks, links between pages and fillable fields stay, and bookmarks pointing at deleted pages are removed. Pages from other PDFs keep their content and web links, but their bookmarks and fillable fields are not carried over.

Can I combine pages from different PDFs in any order?

Yes. Add all the files and their pages land on the same board, colour-tagged by file. Drag them into any mix you like before saving one PDF.

Does deleting pages make the file smaller?

Yes. Anything only the deleted pages used, such as their photos and drawings, is left out of the saved file instead of being hidden inside it.

Can I open a password-protected PDF?

Not directly. You are told straight away if a file has a password. Remove it with Unlock PDF first, then add the unlocked copy.
