PDFs open as they are. Word, Excel, pictures and text files are turned into a PDF first.
Stays on your device
- Every tool one click away, grouped into five sections
- Your pages on the left, one-click turn and delete
- Every change lands in Steps: switch off, reorder, undo
- Save once, as PDF, pictures, Word, Excel and more
Pick up where you left off
Your open documents and their steps are kept in this browser so a closed tab never loses work. They are never uploaded.
Everything PDFCraft can do
Pick one to start, or open a PDF and mix as many as you like — they stack up as steps.
No action matches that. Try a simpler word, like “pages” or “text”.

Six tools and five downloads become one.
“Merge these, drop page 3, number the pages, sign it, get it under 2 MB” used to mean a tool and a download for each. Here it’s one document and one save.
1 Open it once
Drop a PDF (or a Word file, spreadsheet or photos). It opens in the workspace with every page beside it.
2 Stack up steps
Every action becomes a step. Click one to see the file at that point, switch it off, drag it, or undo it.
3 Save once
The result is built from your original in one go, so nothing is squeezed twice. Save as PDF, pictures, Word and more.
Keep PDFCraft as an app
Add it to your dock or home screen and it opens in its own window, like an app. It still runs in your browser, so nothing is uploaded.

About PDFCraft
PDFCraft puts AroraTools’ PDF tools into one workspace. Instead of opening a tool, downloading, opening the next tool and uploading again, you open your document once and work on it like a desktop app: pages on the left, the page in the middle, your actions and steps on the right.
Under the hood each action is the same engine as its single tool page — the same page numbering as Page Numbers, the same squeezing as Compress PDF — so results match, and a fix in one fixes both.
How to use it
- Drop a PDF in the box at the top, or press Open a PDF. Word, Excel, pictures and text are turned into a PDF first.
- Pick an action from the bar above the page, or press ⌘K / Ctrl K and type what you want.
- Set its options and press Apply. It joins the steps list; add as many as you need.
- Press Save to download a PDF, or choose pictures, Word, Excel, text or a password-protected copy.

Frequently asked questions
Is PDFCraft really free?
Yes. Every action is free with no account, no daily limit and no watermark on your pages. There are no ads inside the workspace.
Are my PDFs uploaded anywhere?
No. PDFCraft runs inside your browser tab: your file is read, changed and saved on your own device. Nothing about its contents is sent to us or anyone else, and it keeps working with the internet switched off.
What is a step, and how does undo work?
Each action you apply becomes a step in the list on the right. PDFCraft keeps your original file and replays the steps on it, so you can undo, redo, switch a step off, drag it to another place, or click it to see the document as it was at that point.
Does saving between actions lower the quality?
No. Nothing is saved until you press Save, and then the result is built once from your original. Compressing, for example, happens one time only, no matter how many other steps you add.
Where is my work kept if I close the tab?
In this browser’s own storage on your device, so it appears under “Pick up where you left off” next time. It is never uploaded. Remove one document with its bin button, or everything with “Clear everything”.
Can I send a PDF to someone else to sign?
Not in PDFCraft. You can sign, initial and date a document yourself, but sending it to other people would mean uploading it to a server, which PDFCraft never does.
Can I install PDFCraft as an app?
Yes, in browsers that support it: press Install PDFCraft (or use your browser’s Install or Add to Home Screen option). It then opens in its own window, like an app. It needs an internet connection to load, but your files are still worked on only on your device.
