    About this tool

Watermark Images adds your name, website or logo to photos so people know where they came from, and so they are harder to pass off as someone else’s. It is made for batches: a photographer sending proofs, a shop putting its logo on product shots, or anyone sharing pictures they would rather keep credit for.

Write a text mark in one of 18 bundled fonts, with colour, opacity, a turn, and a shadow or outline so it stays readable on light and dark areas. Or choose a logo image, ideally a PNG with a transparent background. Place the mark in one of nine spots with a gap from the edge, drag it anywhere on the preview, or repeat it as a slanted tiled pattern that covers the whole picture and is much harder to crop out.

Size and position are worked out from each picture’s own dimensions, so a phone photo and a big camera shot get the same placement. Your settings are remembered in this browser for next time. Everything runs on your device: nothing is uploaded, and there is no sign-up.

    How to use Watermark Images

    1. Press “Choose files”, drag pictures onto the box, or paste one. Up to 50 at a time.
    2. Choose “Text” and type your mark, or choose “Logo image” and press “Choose logo”.
    3. Adjust the font, size, colour, opacity and turn. The preview shows the picture you tapped in the list.
    4. Pick a spot on the 3 × 3 position grid, drag the mark on the preview, or switch to “Tiled pattern” and set the spacing.
    5. Press “Add watermark” (or “Watermark 20 images”), then download each picture or all of them as one ZIP.
    Example

Twenty product photos of different sizes, marked “© 2026 Corner Bakery” at bottom right in white at 70% with a shadow: each one gets the text at the same share of its size, the same distance from the corner, saved in its original format.

    Features

    • Text watermark in 18 bundled fonts (bold, handwritten, serif, fun), with bold, colour, opacity, turn from −90° to 90°, and a shadow or coloured outline.
    • Logo watermark from any image you can open here, with size and opacity; PNG transparency is kept.
    • Nine positions with an adjustable edge gap, free placement by dragging (or arrow keys, with Shift for bigger steps), or a diagonal tiled pattern with adjustable spacing.
    • Size, gap and position scale with each picture, so mixed batches get matching placement.
    • Settings are saved in this browser and restored next visit; “Reset settings” brings back the defaults. The logo file itself is not stored.
    • Up to 50 images per batch, with a live preview; download one by one or as a single ZIP.
    • Keeps each picture’s format (JPG, PNG or WebP) at high quality, or saves as another format.

    Tips and good to know

    • A white mark at 50–70% with a soft shadow reads well on most photos. On very bright pictures, try dark text or an outline.
    • Corner marks are easy to crop off. For proofs and previews, use “Tiled pattern” at low opacity so the picture stays visible but can’t be reused cleanly.
    • Keep a logo as a PNG with a transparent background; a JPG logo brings its white box with it.
    • Drag once on any picture: the position is stored as a share of width and height, so it lands in the same place on the rest.
    • The saved files don’t keep the camera details (EXIF) such as location, which is safer when you share them.

    Frequently asked questions

Are my photos or logo uploaded?

No. The watermark is drawn by your browser on your device. Neither your photos nor your logo are sent anywhere.

Is it free, and how many photos can I do?

It is free with no account, and the only mark added is yours. Each batch takes up to 50 photos, and you can run as many batches as you need.

Does it work on a phone, and offline?

Yes, in Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge on phones and computers. Dragging the mark works with a finger too. The page needs a connection to load, then the work happens on your device.

Will the watermark be in the same place on photos of different sizes?

Yes. Text size, logo size, edge gap and dragged position are all relative to each picture, so landscape, portrait and different resolutions all get matching placement.

    Can someone remove my watermark?

A small corner mark can be cropped or painted out. A tiled pattern across the whole picture is far harder to remove, which is why it suits proofs and previews.

Will it remember my settings next time?

Yes. Text, font, colour, position and the other settings are saved in this browser only. A logo needs choosing again each visit, as image files are not stored.
